Site Billboards
Overview: In preparation for a high-visibility executive visit, the Marketing team was tasked with refreshing the visual presence of Teleperformance’s physical locations. As part of this initiative, I led the redesign of large-scale billboards placed across building façades and site perimeters, transforming how the brand is experienced in physical space.
Challenge: Design an updated environmental branding system that could:
-
Reflect a more modern and dynamic expression of the corporate brand
-
Maintain consistency with existing brand colors and typography
-
Be legible and impactful at large scale and viewing distances
-
Be executed under tight timelines ahead of an executive visit
The solution needed to move away from past corporate visuals and create a more engaging, human-centered brand presence.
Strategic Approach: The project was approached as a translation of brand identity into physical space, rather than a simple layout exercise.
Key considerations included:
-
Scale and visibility: Designing compositions that remain clear and impactful from long viewing distances
-
Human-centered storytelling: Introducing more expressive imagery to reinforce the brand’s people-focused positioning
-
System consistency: Creating a visual approach that could be extended across multiple buildings and formats
This resulted in a more dynamic and adaptable visual language for environmental applications.
Applications: The system was implemented across:
-
Building façades
-
Perimeter billboards
-
Large-format exterior signage
Each installation contributed to a unified brand presence across the physical environment.
Impact:
-
Approved in the first review round, enabling rapid implementation
-
Expanded beyond the initial scope for use in additional applications
-
Elevated the visual presence of the brand across physical locations ahead of executive visibility
