Quality Evolution

Overview: Quality Evolution (Q.E.) is an internal initiative developed by the Business Evolution department to redefine and elevate Quality Assurance services across the organization’s global client portfolio.

The program introduced a more advanced, data-driven approach to QA, requiring a visual identity capable of supporting both internal adoption and external client-facing communication.

Role: Led the design and development of the visual identity system, from concept through implementation across presentation, digital, and collaboration environments.

Challenge: Create a modern, technology-forward identity system that could:

  • Represent a complex, evolving QA methodology in a clear and approachable way

  • Scale across 13 countries (Latin America, Portugal, and Spain)

  • Support co-branded presentations and client-facing materials

  • Maintain alignment with the company’s enterprise brand while introducing a distinct visual language

The system needed to be both flexible and controlled, enabling multiple teams to apply it consistently across use cases.

Strategic Approach:
The identity was designed as a modular system rather than a fixed visual mark, ensuring adaptability across formats and collaborators.

The approach focused on three principles:

  • Clarity: simplifying complex processes into accessible visual elements

  • Scalability: enabling consistent use across regions, teams, and presentation formats

  • Technological tone: reinforcing the program’s positioning as a forward-looking QA solution

This led to a system built around:

  • Minimal, structured layouts to support information-heavy content

  • A restrained visual language emphasizing precision and efficiency

  • Flexible components designed to integrate seamlessly with co-branded materials

Applications:  The system was implemented across key communication and collaboration touchpoints:

  • PowerPoint templates with built-in co-branding capabilities

  • Zoom backgrounds for internal and external meetings

  • UI-oriented resources supporting program communication

  • Presentation assets used to pitch the program to clients

Each application was designed to maintain consistency while adapting to different functional needs.

Impact:

  • Successfully adopted across 13 countries, supporting regional alignment

  • Enabled consistent and professional client-facing presentations

  • Led to continued collaboration with the Business Evolution department across multiple initiatives, including programs in IT, HR, Cybersecurity, and Operations
