Employee Life Cycle (ELC)

Overview: Employee Life Cycle (ELC) is an internal initiative developed to optimize HR shared services across the Ibero-LATAM region, supporting over 40,000 employees throughout every stage of their journey, from recruitment to separation.

The goal was to create a cohesive and engaging experience that could bring fragmented processes under one umbrella, while improving how employees interact with HR systems and communications.

Role: Led the design and development of the visual identity system, from concept through implementation across communication, presentation, and digital assets.

Challenge: Design a visual identity system that could:

  • Represent the full employee journey across multiple stages

  • Scale across 40K+ employees in multiple countries

  • Remain aligned with Teleperformance’s core brand while introducing a fresh and approachable tone

  • Function without a standalone logo, relying only on a constrained wordmark

The identity needed to be both welcoming for new hires and consistent enough for long-term internal use.

Strategic Approach: Given that the identity would be most visible during onboarding (first 90 days), the solution was framed as an internal employer branding system, rather than a one-off visual identity. The approach focused on:

  • Familiarity + differentiation: Leveraging existing brand elements to maintain trust, while introducing a more human and approachable visual tone

  • Lifecycle thinking: Designing a system that could adapt across each stage of the employee journey

  • Scalability: Ensuring consistency across multiple formats, teams, and regional implementations

This led to the development of a flexible identity built for both communication clarity and long-term adoption.

Applications:  The identity was deployed across a wide range of assets, including:

  • Onboarding materials

  • Internal communications

  • Recruitment assets

  • Presentation and documentation systems

Impact:

  • Successfully supported standardization of HR processes across the region

  • Improved consistency and clarity in employee-facing communications

  • Adopted by the Business Evolution team for expanded use across additional materials and initiatives
