Employee Life Cycle (ELC)
The regional Business Evolution department was working on optimizing HR-related shared services for the Ibero-LATAM region, specifically the ones related to the employee’s life cycle. From recruitment to separation, HR is involved in every step of the employees’ journey in a company, and so they wanted a visual identity that could encompass all steps in the cycle in a friendly and approachable manner.
Audience: all Teleperformance Ibero-LATAM employees (over 40K employees at that time)
Challenge: to create a visual identity that was strongly related to Teleperformance’s core brand, but that look different and fresh at the same time. No logo creation allowed, just a wordmark using the corporate typefaces.
Result: since employees were going to see this brand application during their first 90 days, I recommended an employer branding strategy, where we would create something that looked unique, yet familiar. This way people came in contact with a branding that was familiar to them, and that also retained its “corporate” look throughout the employee’s stages. The Business Evolution team loved the proposal, commissioning additional materials for this visual identity. This was important for the company since the onboarding processes needed a revamp, and streamlining these SOPs across the region was a key deliverable of Business Evolution.
Scope of work: key visual identity, zoom backgrounds, power point template, email banners, job postings, email communications, digital banners.
Software/Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Power Point.
In collaboration with: Regional Business Evolution department (Mexico).
