K.Sat Video and Script
The Client Satisfaction Survey (also known as K.Sat) is a yearly company initiative used to gauge areas of opportunity, as well as stories of success, within a client’s operational journey. Each client is invited to participate and, through a series of questions, tell the company how they’re doing, what needs to improve, what there needs to be more of, etc. To help a specific client in our portfolio recall the milestones of one of the company’s projects, a Contact Center Manager approached us with an idea to create a video telling a brief story and showcasing that year’s highlights.
Audience: corporate client.
Challenge: to craft an engaging story and create a visually entertaining and informative video of a client’s success history for a specific year. We didn't know specifically who was going to be taking the survey (at the client's company) which made tailoring the script a bit harder.
Result: I decided to hone in on KPIs that are relevant to all operations. I also asked probing questions to the Manager about the client, their business interests, and pain points so I could address them on the script. The result was a resounding kudos from the Contact Center Manager in charge of that client's floor operations; due to this, we were later requested by the Country Director to create a recap video for each of our 12+ qualifying clients, to be sent prior to the K.Sat Survey. This is crucial to the company since K.Sat is one of the core metrics of the business.
